Washington Park (across from the Museum)
Join us to celebrate the debut of Three Half Lozenges, a site-specific light installation by Phillip K. Smith III at the Museum’s Washington Street façade. Dance to the beats of DJ Shell Spin, as you experience a night of pure fluorescent fun! Peruse tables from Newark vendors featuring goods and delicious food, enjoy live demonstrations from Glassroots or take in a fashion show by Marco Hall, and so much more. This event will be a stop in the Newark Arts Festival. You don’t want to miss this party!
Grab a bite to eat from Walla Burger or stop by the Newark Public Library’s Library Lounge in their courtyard for s’mores and firepits!
