Making a tribute gift to The Newark Museum of Art in honor of a special occasion is a wonderful way to celebrate the values we share: love of arts and culture, appreciation for science and history, and a pursuit of lifelong learning.
Memorial gifts honor Museum friends whose energy and generosity have shaped our community. They are a testament to loved ones whose memory endures in Museum programs which spark curiosity and foster community.
Individuals honored, or a family member of your choosing, will receive timely notification of your tribute gift with a message from you. No amount will be indicated. You will receive written confirmation that your gift is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Tribute gifts support general operations unless otherwise specified and are listed on the Museum’s annual meeting bulletin.
The Billy Johnson Auditorium Tribute Program
Dedicate a seat to a loved one in The Billy Johnson Auditorium. A personalized brass plaque will be secured to the arm rest. Your donation of $1,500 will support the inclusive and inspiring programs and services that the Museum has delivered to audiences for more than a century.
For more information, see the Billy Johnson Auditorium Tribute Program [PDF].
The Newark Museum of Art is pleased to celebrate beloved members of our community past and present. The Museum’s 4-acre campus offers a range of opportunities to honor and remember loved ones. Inscriptions and named funds remember individuals and families in perpetuity as part of the fabric of New Jersey’s largest museum serving 300,000 visitors each year.
