IDENTITY AND EQUITY CURRICULUM GUIDE
This Curriculum Guide explores artists and artworks' role of agency. It reinforces the idea that artwork is not beautiful for beauty's sake, but has a message and a purpose and it is our job, as the viewer, to discern the work's commentary, meaning, and purpose. The goal of our school and teacher programs is to provide students an opportunity to be exposed to artists from all backgrounds and connect museum objects with their own lives..
